Sneaky 'little' sisters have interesting ideas at times.

[If anything- Cirno was nervous. She was never good at speaking and this was important. Important enough to ask for help with what to do and say when she finally got to speak with the Mayor.

It took a bit, because she asked for a bit of time to prepare what to say and know exactly how to say it. So there the small pegasus stood, trying to look not nervous at all and get ready to at least try and recite what Patchouli had written for her. Once it was her turn, Cirno took a deep breath and stepped forward, trying to remember her manners...what little she had at least.]

Thank you for letting me see you Madam Mayor. I promise this won't be to silly or out of place.

[Madam Mayor sat back at her desk and frowned, looking hard at Cirno over her spectacles.]

Not silly or out of place? In my town? I think you might have come to the wrong administration building, dear.

[She held the young mare's gaze for a long moment, then smiled kindly.]

There's no need to be so nervous. What can I do for you?

[If anything, that made her giggle and a little less nervous. It takes a moment as she shifts around before speaking very carefully. It might be obvious that it wasn't how she normally spoke but she was trying!]

Well...It's more of a idea. I mean it's up to you but still...

[After stumbling over her words like that she didn't feel like the old fairy she actually was..she felt like a little kid.]

[Well, if she feels like a little kid, it might just do her well. The mayor has always loved colts and fillies. All of the foals in Ponyville have felt like her own, in a way.]

I love hearing ideas, dear.

[Madam Mayor leans forward over her desk, nodding encouragingly for Cirno to go on.]

Well...

[A deep breath and she falls into some of the speech although it's fairly obvious she can't remember it all.]

Well, We did get a new princess and all..and the coronation thing will be coming up. It would be a nice show of apprishea-apprishati...

[Give her a moment, she's working the word out in her head before nodding and speaking once more]

Appreciation to do something for it. I mean, a priceless thing would always be nice to be seen with royalty and not used for monetary value right?

Hmm... [Madam Mayor sits back, pondering.] That's very true, dear. A gift from the Ponyville should be very special. [It clicks what the fairy is getting at all at once, and the older mare's face splits into a knowing grin.]

What was it you had in mind?

Well, to show how serious and to keep a lot of people from going homeless and losing a place to work, Nephenee gave up something she would normally would never think of giving up, Ohma.

[A smile crossed her face at this part, because she'd kept this idea quiet to everyone except one other person. It was a suprise if it worked.]

What about presenting Ohma back to her then? It's be a moment she'd never forget and I think we might see the biggest smile out of her yet at that point!

[Madam Mayor taps a hoof to her lips.] Something priceless from the good citizens of Ponyville? I can't imagine any of the other towns or cities in Equestria will be able to put forth something like that.

Ms. Cirno, I think that sounds like a wonderful idea! But there's a problem. [Her expression grows grave.] I'd normally present something like that, but Ohma's so large. I think I might need help.

A very special sort of help from somepony familiar with that weapon.

[There is a grin for a moment before it turns into a thoughtful look. That is a problem..but one that Cirno can think of a few solutions to.]

There are a few others who can help with that one! Bi- I mean..Morgan knows it, Minato knows it...I know it to a point too. I guess it would depend on who you'd want to help out with that in the long run.

[She tuts softly and shakes her head in amusement.]

Who is in this office at the moment? There's hardly any time until the coronation, my dear! You'll have to do it. We won't be able to take anypony else.

[Which is to say: Cirno really ought to take credit for her own idea here!]

You have no idea how much this is making me giggle right now.

[She's so used to being in the way more then actually being helpful so give her a moment to catch up to everything.]

Oh! I guess not...Okay. I'll do it! I'll just have to sneak away when Neph isn't looking so she doesn't know what's going to happen. Just tell me where I need to meet up with you and I'll be there!

[A quick nod. She was sneaky enough to come to this meeting without being suspected. This one should be just as simple.]

Meet me an hour before the ceremony at the clerk's office. That's where they're keeping Ohma for now.

[Madam Mayor's smile spreads out, crinkling her eyes.]

Princess Nephenee's lucky to have a friend like you, dear. You're very clever.

I can sneak away easy. I'll just say I have something I need to do before everything.

[At that last bit, Cirno smiles softly and speaks proudly.]

It's really more the other way around. I mean..I've never had a friend like her before and....I know I wouldn't be the pony I am today without her. I'm glad to call her my sister..and would do anything for her.

[Cirno...stahp. But she gets the point though.]

[The Mayor's smile is gentle.]

Friendship is always a two-way street. I'm sure she feels the same. I'll see you at the clerk's office on the mark, then!
